Through analysis of stress, strain and deformation our bespoke crates are tested to ensure safe handling for loading and unloading of sensitive machinery.

Tailored Solution: We designed the Controll Crate. A self-contained transport solution that enables a controlled ascent and decent of the machine when packing.

Controll Crate Key Features:

  • The method of construction allows disassembly for reuse / recycling

  • Concealed ramp to create a safe entry / exit of sensitive wheeled equipment

  • Built in winch system to enable the slow and controlled ascent / descent of the equipment

  • Cross-member support beams to create stability during loading / unloading

  • Guide rails to keep the equipment steady and aligned and prevent tipping

  • Floating Base to prevent product damage from shock and vibration during transportation
